Residents leave their trash cans out in front of the house all week long. Plastic children's toys in the front yard. Wood piled along the drive way covered with a blue tarp. Railroad ties in yard, large pieces of wood. Please call her.

Complaint about neighbor putting trash out without stickers and leaving it outside. Neighbor says this is at least the second time this has happened. Trash day is monday and trash is still out.
