We have had an on and off influx of horrible sewage smells on the south side of Bloomington for several months. It’s not just one house or a neighborhood. The smell is pungent from the corner of Old State road 37 south and E. Roher road continuing west to Roger and south to Clear Creek. Ever since construction started on west Gordon pike. It’s nauseating, has consistently awoken me from sleep, and is down right unpleasant. What if anything is being done? Had a city bus pull out in front of me thursday evening. Half the time they don't stop at the stop sign on Hagan.

There are multiple low-hanging trees along S Park Ridge Road that make the sidewalk difficult to walk on. I believe these are city-maintained trees on the easement.

My water Utilization is up by a factor of 4 from past months. There is nothing that we are doing to dramatically increase water use. Either past or current metering is in error or there is some kind of major unknown usage.

Leaving an oversized vehicle and stacks of lumber blocking half of the street is unsafe for vehicles and pedestrians in this neighborhood. Lumber and steel are also blocking a sidewalk, but I was only able to attach one picture. There are vacant lots available to store construction materials which would not be a hazard to residents and visitors.
