I don’t need additional service, I need the city to stop letting the trash get collected here at 5-6:30 AM, slamming the loud metal dumpsters in the truck multiple days per week. The alleyway used here is it too busy to be used later in the day. Please collect after 8 AM, think of the people who live over here.

There is an abandoned lot that I have to walk through at times and this has progressively gotten worse. There is excessive trash, over growth, unhoused persons running in and out of the building, sleeping loitering on this lot. I spoke to a gentleman that parked a camper there and he stated he paid for camper parking on a website called neighbor.com
This lot/building is run down, trashed and poses a hazard/safety issues to other surrounding businesses and homes not to mention the trash that is being thrown into and around businesses there.

Not sure which category this belongs under. Recently, Brawley (of course) tore out the little deck on the front of this building and then replaced it with a huge deck that completely covers the front yard all the way to the sidewalk. Attached is a picture what it used to look like. It looked junky, but the new one looks like something a restaurant along 4th Street would have for customers to sit outside and eat in. Is it even legal for them to do this in a residential area? Did they get a permit to do this?
