I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! The bushes on the corner need to be cut back or removed. Pedestrians cannot see around the corner and there have been several children who have crashed their bicycles on this corner. Walkers and runners have also run into each other at this corner. Cars drive around the corner quickly and there is no buffer between the road and the sidewalk. Any type of pedestrian crash at the corner could lead to someone falling into the road and getting run over. Please fix this hazard. Thanks!
