Large and deep pothole on South High Street, just north of the intersection with Rock Creek Dr. and just south of the driveway to the church. Thank you!

While digging holes for a tree planting on 4/30 behind St. Thomas, we found 3 thin utility lines in one of the dug holes (lines were not harmed) -- our 811 ticket was completed, so we think these may be inactive lines but wanted to make sure before we put the tree in that spot. Is this something the CoB can check on? Thanks!
