Could use a week or two of speed limit enforcement. We often have cars gunning their engines and far exceeding the speed limit. It's dangerous on such a narrow street. Some moderate speed bumps might help, or occasional law enforcement presence

Corner of 11th and Maple someone is running a auto parts business out of an apartment. Name is written on the doors and window. Sidewalk has had engines on it all week blocking the entire sidewalk.
