Hello! Today, March 12, was supposed to be our garbage pick up day but for some reason our garbage bin, placed at the end of our driveway as instructed, was not emptied/collected. Do you know if the garbage service will still come through later today? Our recycling bin was collected/emptied on time this morning by the city service so I’m just wondering about the garbage. Thanks!

there have been many complaints against Reseve on third and nothing has been done. below I have copied city code, according to city code they are in violation please look into the madder and stop abusing your powers and ignoring them. 16.04.050 - Exterior structure. (a) All portions of the exterior of a residential rental unit and its accessory structures shall be maintained in a structurally sound manner, be in good repair and be maintained in accordance with this title. (b) All portions of the exterior of a residential rental unit and its accessory structures shall be maintained in a manner that does not pose a threat to the public health safety or welfare. (c) Exterior wood surfaces on residential rental units and their accessory structures, other than decay-resistant woods, shall be protected from the elements and decay by painting or other protective covering or treatment. (d) All metal surfaces subject to rust or corrosion on a residential rental unit or its accessory structures shall be coated to inhibit such corrosion and all surfaces with rust or corrosion shall be stabilized and coated to inhibit future rust and corrosion. (e) Peeling, flaking and chipped paint on the exterior of a residential rental unit or its accessory structures shall be eliminated and done in accordance with any applicable rules or regulations established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency or the state department of environmental management. (f) Exterior surfaces on residential rental units and their accessory structures shall be maintained free of mold. (g) If a residential rental unit is damaged, mutilated or defaced by marking, carving or graffiti, the owner of said unit shall restore the surface to an approved state of maintenance and repair. Following up on Case 188180. This report shows that it has been closed, but the valve cover has never been lowered to sit flush with the surrounding sidewalk. This creates a trip hazard and violated City ordinances related to ADA compliance and sidewalk maintenance.

Follow up on Case #199613. This report shows that it has been resolved, but the lights have never been operational. I know that one of these lights failed after a few days of the parking garage opening. I would imagine they are still under the original warranty from the contractor that built the garage / supplied the electrical fixtures. Sorry for being pesky about this, but the exterior of the parking garage looks nice . . . and having two lights that have been out of commission for over two years does not send the message that I believe we want to send. Furthermore, it seems like the contractor should still be on the hook for this repair.

There is no safe way for a pedestrian to cross Smith Road (east to west or west to east) at Fenbrook or Brighton Crest. This is further complicated by the hilly nature of Smith Road and the fact that traffic typically travels much faster than the posted speed limit. It is unsafe for pedestrians, cyclist, and drivers. Sightlines are also very dangerous in this area.

i did trash pick up on tapp and someon winslow rd and walnut street pike today. but as usual i cant get that strip on country club road, from rogers to rockport rd. theres no shoulder there to the rd so i cant risk picking that up. be great if the city or the b town crew, could get that strip. its getting bad there. i picked it up the last time about 3;30 am one morn before traffic got out much, but still to risky. thanks
