The trash has been out there since before graduation and now appears to have been gone through by animals. This is terrible and I am afraid this attract rats amongst other things.

City tree plots on West side s. College have tall weeds from alley to 4th St.

Potholes and white lines at crosswalk/stop signs faded away. Many vehicles are not stopping at the bline cross. It’s becoming dangerous.

Business Owner, Mike Klinge, reported that there is human waste in the alleyway beside Alley Bar, more specifically near the dumpster that Inkwell Bakery uses.
