Fire Hazards

The venting system that should be connected to the dryer is not properly connected. Therefore, lint has been piling up behind the dryer for approximately a year now, which is a major, major fire hazard. The previous tenets told the landlord about this issue on August 21st, 2020, but this issue wasn't resolved and still has not been resolved. The landlord has been given proper notice that this issue needs to be fixed and it has not been.

NE corner of Palmer & Allen St. there is a house that has broken down car parked in the front of it. Newspapers were also piled on top of the car and the lawn. The house is trashed.
Mr. Livingston stated that he called previously regarding this matter. However, I saw no paperwork completed to reflect this.
