South of 921 W 9th St, there are two wooden utility poles that are very noticably bent. No wires are yet touching the ground, but they are not far overhead and it seems like the poles will break in the next storm.
There is water that smells like sewage bubbling up out of the drainage pipes. I've seen it literally bubbling up as if under pressure so I believe it comes from some kind of underground pipe but I can't be sure. The area is always wet as a result and smells.

There is a tree, i have continued issuing complaints about, in front of metal works that is dying and falling over. Since i have been here for just one year the tree has fallen quite a bit more, its now to the point it has raised the entire sidewalk from road to the building and isnt stopping. The sidewalk cant be ground down anymore as the raise of the sidewalk has become too high. On the building side, it has raised the sidewalk all the way to my handicapped ramp and doesnt not seem it will stop anytime soon. On the street side, it has now made such a high difference between the sidewalk and the curb that people trip over all the time. The tree is dying and there is constantly branches and debris all over cars. Before anymore damage occurs, especially to the building and the handicapped ramp, along with the entire sidewalk itself, can it please be removed? On this stretch of 6th street every old dying tree has been replaced but much smaller reasonable trees except this one, and just one other further up to the square. Not only would removing these old decrepit damage causing trees be very benefifial to society especially the handicapped, but to replace these two dying trees with smaller matching trees would make our street more beautiful and noticeable and over all safer for everyone. Please very much consider coming and meeting with me about this tree. Thank you.

UNEVEN SIDE WALK, CLIENT FELL AND CRACKED OPEN HER HEAD
The all way stop put in at Smith and 45 will likely cause confusion and/or problems between cars and bikes. There is a very big shoulder there and as a cyclist I have always ridden on the shoulder through this intersection. Westbound on a bike you come to this intersection at relatively high speed and if you have taken the should there's really no need to wait behind cars. I believe that is where the potential for confusion will be. If, say, there are 5 cars at the stop sign, should bikes not use the shoulder and wait in line with cars? Should they use the shoulder, but wait with cars? Should they blow by the line of cars? Should they slow, but still roll past the line of cars? While I am generally against "pained bike lanes" I think some sort of signage/lane could make sense here.
Hello, I work at Teach and Play ABA and it’s owned by Sara Shrivastav. She sent us an email in regards to the fire safety issues that she was made aware of and she hasn’t any intentions of making changes as of right now. I’m concerned because we’ve already had a fire in the facility and it was very poorly handled. I’m worried for the safety of myself, coworkers and children at the facility. She wrote us an email saying we are not allowed to let you in the building and it’s just very concerning to me. She has already opened two more facilities and they also don’t have sprinklers or fire alarms and I ultimately just want to make sure we’re in a safe environment. I’m also not sure if it’s structurally sound. She did a lot of the remodeling by herself so if there’s anyway someone could check that and make sure things are up to standard because she had mercury lightbulbs which caused the first fire, I would really appreciate that. I am an employee of Teach and Play ABA owned by Sara Shrivastav and I am aware that she has been told that she needs to put sprinklers and fire alarms in the facility for our safety and the children’s safety, but she has still not done that and as far as I know she has no plans to and is not taking it seriously. We have already had a fire in the building and there was 0 plan in place and was not done up to standard which makes me very concerned for the safety of myself and the children we serve. If you’re able to come as soon as possible I would appreciate that. I am choosing to submit anonymously because I don’t want to risk losing my job for reporting, but it is a safety issue that I believe needs to be addressed immediately.
