Mr. Nelson says ROW along Headley and Hinkle Roads up to Griffy Lake needs grass, shrubs mowed and cut. Claims the County used to take care of this and now that its all in the City, we should take care of it.

Says promised traffic calming devices have not been installed. Were told they'd go in right away (6th St). Says City Landscaper told him no one discussed watering of greenery with him. Says City departments aren't coordinating and work isn't getting done.
Re: Beta Theta Pi House. 30 yd dumpster on east side of house, next street east of Woodlawn (Forest?) - sits in City ROW, is a traffic hazard. They keep changing the size of the dumpster, but its always in the ROW.
Says the berm just south of Rockport Hills subdivision sign on west side of Rockport Road is not being maintained. Thinks this is the City's to take care of for grass, weeds.
