The sidewalk was treacherous on my way to church this morning. This is a common problem with this property since the brewery closed.

Hello- There are often cars blocking the bike lane on west bound 4th St between College and Walnut. This was never an issue before becasue there was no bike lane here. The most obvious solution would have been to not put a bike lane here, or to have made it protected, but since a line has been painted notating a "bike lane" I wonder if there's anything the city can do to keep cars from blocking it. thanks!
