Our water has been brown for a couple of days. Is it safe? Will this be remedied soon?

Water quality has gotten extremely bad the last week. We (Starbucks store #02387) monitor our water filtration system regularly and normally need to change the filter every 3-4 months (filters are rated to last up to 6 months but they ask us to change them once they become "latte colored"). Saturday 6/28, we found that our water filter was nearly completely black despite being only 1 month old. We changed the filter on Sunday 6/29 and within 24 hours it had already turned "latte colored" (tan). By Tuesday 7/1, it had already turned a dark brown and we had our water filtration system contractor Icee come out and check over the system, run a refresh, and change all changeable parts. Today, Saturday 7/5, the filter is back to being a dark brown color. We are concerned about what is in the water coming through our system and for those around us consuming tap water.

When I filled our bathtub tonight I noticed the water coming out of out faucet is light green and there is plant matter floating in it. If you zoom in on the attached photo you can see the little plant. This has not happened since we have lived in this house the past 3 years.

Our water is brown! Toilets stained - love having to wash my clothes in it. Keep on raising our rates. That's all. Don't bother answering me with the usual excuses about high water in Monroe.

Water is coming out of the faucet yellow this morning. It is also yellow coming out of the garden hose. What is causing this? I am concerned it is unsafe to use.

eSuite utilities site is throwing an error when logging in to the site with bill information

my bill was adjustment and the correct charge for small cart on January, but and this month February 2018 the problem back I have charge for a medium cart. I need pay just a small car, because a choose small cart . Is there somebody help me with other adjustment and fix my bill again. Monroe county Bloomington Indiana22/2018.

I did not receive my bill this month and it is not on the website, but I already made my payment with a surcharge, only the balance due appears. I have had months of harassment on my account first charging me 28 to 40 dollars in my bill, the cover of my water meter was out of place for days and then I went to the office where they shouted to me that it was my fault the wrong size of my garbage cart and now not only does not get my receipt, you do not put it on the internet paging for me to know, now that you are charging me. Someone knows why and can inform me?

We have recently purchased the home at 835 Sheridan Dr. Bloomington. I would like to pay the water bill for this online as we are not fully moved there yet.
