Bush obstructing large section of sidewalk from 316 to 320 E. 7th Street. HAND inspector feels complaint not valid, however, feels it definitely is valid.
A trampoline has been placed in the public ROW between the street and sidewalk. This is a hazard to drivers as well as people using the trampoline.
Dumpster placement at above property approved by Planning. Complainant wants to file a formal complaint because dumpster is placed in the City right-of-way. Engineering marked ROW last month; this dumpster, along with some parking spaces, is certainly on City property.
limestone blocks fell off retaining wall and into the sidewalk
Fence for this property (or maybe 1125) is protruding too far into the public alley. Mr. Fleetwoods tenants need to access this alley to exit the property, and that need will become more urgent as the 3rd/5th/Adams construction begins. This fence makes the alley inaccessible.
Trailer parked in the tree plot. Parking Enforcement officer told him to move the trailer last week, but it's still in the tree plot.

Ms. Angust stated the the property owner at 804 W. 7th Street (John Bavender) has placed metal fence post on the property line between his property and the City alley. Ms Angust stated that the post were not installed correctly and that the post lean into the alley, since then he has placed cement blocks around the post that she thinks encroach into the alley
Dumpster behind 510 N Lincoln appears to be within the alley right-of-way.
