If you are traveling west on 17th street, the light at Walnut street is only green and allows only 4 or 5 cars to get through the intersection before it turns red. This backs up traffic and has been like this for months. Can you resolve this issue.
There is a dead animal on S Smith between the stop sign at Morningside and the Northbound bus stop. It has been there for a week, and is stinking. Kindly remove it.
Earth-shattering, teeth-breaking, dinosaur and world ending sized crater IN College Ave turn lane right before 3rd St. Bloomington could film a whole scene for a WWII movie with GI’s hiding in this massive intention in the earth as they gather the courage to make the final press up the beach. The next moon landing could be faked nearby. Elon Musk may even send a rocket to this location as Mars exploration training. And as much money as all these would bring to the city, i’m really just mostly concerned about not bending the rim of my car. Thanks in advance! Live long and prosper.

Directly in front of One City Center on the 7th Street side, the ground has opened a large hole at the edge of the sidewalk that has gotten increasingly bigger over the past couple of weeks. It is very much a fall hazard, especially with the upcoming winter should the ground be covered with snow etc.
I just read an article stating that you are putting coconut powder in the water in Bloomington. I am SUPER allergic to coconut and I know others that are as well. I'd love NOT to have allergy attack just drinking water! I strongly think this should be changed! Please don't affect my health and others.
No water. ?!?
There is a bat which is either dead or hibernating on the wall, right above the Mercury apartment entrance within the parking garage. The entrance is located on the third level (near the handicap spots that are labeled in the “350s”). The bat has been in the same spot for three days and I find that spot is dangerous for residents and for the bat.
The dogs at this house are left in the backyard almost all the time, even when the owners aren’t home. They bark incessantly.
