4013 East Bennington, IN 47401. Reference Case #170755. On 1/7/2019, I was told that replacement part was ordered for the new pole and light that was installed recently. "Replacement part has been ordered. Duke Energy informed us that work order 34470388 is still open and needed an additional ten working days from 11-01-2019." Today the light still does not work. When can the part be installed?
Reference case number #171054, Streetlight at 4013 East Bennington, IN 47401. Light again not working. It did work between Wednesday 12/18 to Tuesday 12/24/2019. But it did not light up the evening of 12/25/2019.
The system will not allow me to select Gordon Pike. The pothole is Gordon Pike between Falcon and Wickens. The entire road has exploded--both lanes.
