Mrs. O'Dier called to find out if people could park in the grassy area located between the sidewalk and the road in front of her house. She stated that this has been a on going problem.
There is a parking space behind apartments at 401 S Woodlawn that extends into the alley making it difficult to get by. It does appear to be in the alley r.o.w.
Want's parking removed on N. hays St. Bob Woolford had told her that there would be no parking on Hays. She thought that it should have happened by now.
Miller Pipe line has a stock pile of Stone at the corner of 1st and Highalnd. They have since moved to a new project area and left the pile.

A resident who wants to remain anonymous called Public Works Dept. to request that a staff member check to see if two metal stakes are with in our right-of-way. The stakes are making it difficult for vehicles to turn onto the north/south alley between 810 W. 7th & 811 W. 8th Streets. Citizen wants stakes removed if possible.
M. Symmonds emailed the City through the E-Government Web Site regarding a Jeep that is parked on the sidewalk, therefore, blocking the sidewalk on North Forrest Avenue behind the closed the Beta Theta Pi fraternity house.
Bicycle rack has been moved next to the sidewalk causing the bicycles to be half-way on the sidewalk.
Bushes grow out over the side walk, weeds growing around the tree in the tree plot, downspout discharges onto sidewalk creating ice hazard.
