Complaint was relayed by David Hamilton. Problem with drainage ditch and drain going under Concord. Apparently it is not handling the water the way that it should and is eroding Mr. Burton's yard.

Re: Twin Lakes Concessions. Nine year old boy -- looking at gum -- reported that Jared Accused him of stealing gum and called him a "bastard." Father very upset over child being upset.

Citizen says last recycle day crew broke bottle and left the glass at bottom of his driveway. Says on this pick up yard waste spilled out and a bunch of it was left at bottom of his driveway. Feels crews should be more careful and clean up if they spill or drop stuff.
