Excessive Growth
822 E 11th ST
- Case Date:
- 8/27/2024
Difficult to get through sidewalk on NW corner of this lot because of weed growth stemming from vines on a tree on this property and also a tree in the ROW that is proximate. Because the trees are so close to each other, the overgrowth of the vines from them is hindering pedestrian passage between them. Property is owned by IU (as per Elevate).

Watched me from behind the tree line while I am feeding my chickens. Getting too close , also my dog fought one that was in my driveway

There is an excessive amount of trash surrounding my apartment door. We have been asking for it to be cleaned up for multiple days now and no one is doing anything about it. There are now bugs coming from the garbage and getting into our apartment.

Going east on 10th street after the 45/46 intersection, the two lanes merge into one as the road becomes SR 45. Drivers who are turning left to enter the Cyber Infrastructure parking lot will consistently stay in the left lane; ignore the merge; and drive through the yellow demarcation area. This is dangerous when a car has already merged to the right and is entering the turn lane as designed. It is also dangerous if a car follows the turning car with no intent to turn themselves but to continue on SR 45.
It seems like the left lane should either be marked as turn only, or barrier cones or a median should be installed to better enforce the demarcation area.
