This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.

Grass too long, front and back. Also, utility wires hanging dangerously with a foot of the ground in the back, and vines are growing up all the trees (viewable from alley on south side.) Property is a mess in general (Parker Rentals).

The trees and invasives (honeysuckle, etc. from this yard is growing over the their fence into my yard at 611 Clover Terrace. This stuff needs to be removed. I don't want these invasive species over in my yard.

1514 W 11th. Northwest corner of W 11th and N Oolitic. Grass has yet to be mowed this year. Is absolutely unacceptable for the neighborhood. Owners live on the corner of W.12th and N. Oolitic. Their address is either 804 or 806.
