Caller said that semi's are taking w 17th to N Lismore Dr to W Marquis Dr. They are getting stuck and running over curbs. Also getting stuck and N Crescent Rd onto Fountain. Wants to know why they are routing them that way.
Over the past few weeks, I've seen a skinny, medium sized dog in the parking lot who is skittish and vanishes into the nearby wooded area. He is warm brown, seems to be a boxer mix possibly. I've seen him a number of times - I'm not sure he's a threat to people because he's so scared, but it is starting to get cold outside.
Someone has cut some trees down on the street and they are sticking out so motorist have to swerve into the other lane to get around them.

The Circle-K Gas Station at W. Kirkwood & Rogers hasn't cleared their sidewalk of snow. It's a mess & a hazard to walk on. The people in our neighborhood walk downtown & need to have that sidewalk cleared. Thanks.
All three street lights are not working at this intersection, only the lights from the gas station on the SW corner are lit.
Left turn signal for traffic going west on Kirkwood at the intersection of W. Kirkwood and Rogers is triggering when there is no traffic turning left. East bound traffic must sit at the light and wait for the turn signal when it shouldn't be triggering because no cars are in the turn lane.
Railroad crossing on Adams Street near the bridge is extremely rough and in need of repairs. Potholes/damaged road along Adams Street especially near the bridge.
