Can the City require people to fix crumbling sidewalks in front of their houses? The sidewalks along 12th Street are all in good shape except for a single address that has a sidewalk that is so degraded that it's easy to trip and fall, especially in the dark. Today, May 18th, 2024, my daughter was driving to BHSN around 9 AM, and a golf ball hit the windshield. The windshield had a little scratch, and my daughter was really frightened.
