There seems to be a small water leak coming from the meter in front of 1119 Madison. It looks like a puddle, but down the road it is obvious water is running. I only noticed on Wednesday, May 22nd. Today, May 26th, it is still leaking.
Every year, when it snows, my street (W 14th St) doesn't get plowed when Lindbergh Dr and Oolitic Dr gets taking care of. There are a lot of cars that goes up W14th street every day and in the snow. This year, three cars almost hit my car, and I had to call your department for help. Someone did come but he didn't enough salt down before I complained. I am asking for someone to put some salt on W 14th St today so other residents, and I can be able to go up and down my street to go to and from work tomorrow. Please and thank you.

Larry is going to talk to resident and educate her regarding the sticker program. She is still cutting sticker in half and setting it out for pick up.

Sanitation Director stated that resident is cutting stickers down the middle and placing a half of a sticker on each bag/container. She received a non collection notice from Larry Barker to use a full sticker.
Bags must have sticker attached.
