The owner of this location had a tree cut down 6 months ago. There are muliple piles of branches that extend up to 3 feet into Bankers Drive. This creates a hazard for all who traverse this street.

Hello, My name is Yangzheng WU. I stepped into a pothole on the road in front of SRSC and got a flat tire on 4/15 after class at 9:15pm from Kelley in the direction of campus view. There was a single pothole in the road about fifteen centimeters in radius and about 3-5 centimeters deep. It was in the middle of the lane, in the middle of the normal path of travel. There were no warning signs around this pothole, and there were no street lights directly above the pothole, so you couldn't see it driving at night. Residents have two very large dogs, which they let out of the house unleashed. Yard is not fenced. Last night they attacked another dog in the neighborhood.

Semi truck parked in 7-line in front of the health department seemed to think he was doing me a favor by only blocking one lane. (RE) I live in Hoosier Court Apartments and my window faces the apartment complex across the street. I have seen tenants of the apartment on the bottom level throw their dogs out of the window to use the bathroom, rather than taking them outside. They will dump the dog, and then scream at them to hurry up. If the dog is just sitting there, they get pretty violent. They will scream some more. If a dog is not listening, the husband/dad will come out and smack the dog. All of them yell viciously at these animals. I’ve seen five different dogs be thrown out the window. I also have seen a cat. On top of them screaming and hitting their dogs, it is worrisome that they can’t even take the effort to take the dogs outside, so it is doubtful they are taking much care of them at all. It is the first floor, 1st and 2nd apartment from the right in the photo (it’s a dual unit). I have acquired a video and can attempt to get an address tomorrow.
