N College Ave crosswalk next to CVS is just a standard crosswalk and I go down this street everyday home from work and it's very dangerous. I usually drive in the left lane because right lane has more potholes. I see pedestrians crossing this street and cars do not stop. I will stop in left lane for pedestrian but right lane does not see person crossing and has to slow down quickly. Would be nice if we can get a crosswalk that alerts drivers like the one on South Walnut Street. My fear is that someone will get struck by a car crossing this street. Today someone crossed I stopped for them and right lane car next to me almost hit them driving fast down this lane. I hope this can be taken into serious consideration. E 5th Street needs to be repaved. It is beyond just patching potholes. It is dangerous to walk on because the pavement is broken on both sides of the streets. The city will not prioritize a sidewalk, so pedestrians must share the road with cars and bikes. Please look at the include photo and tell me that it can be repaved!

For years there has been a strong sewer smell in the this area. (I have paid for plumbers to examine my house and the problem is not in the house.) As the cable workers have been laying the cable, I asked various if they also smelled the sewer odor and if they knew where it might be coming from. There were three basic answers: (1) A "lift station" in one of the drains may be faulty; (2) the terrain where sewage may back up at the crest of the hill; and (3) the manhole cover between houses at 909 West Gourley Pike is old and may be corroded so that the sewer gas is able to escape.

Parking all over the alley, grass, yards, etc. this is unimproved and causing a mess

They often park on the side of the road in the easement and in front of the mailbox on Hopewell Street, blocking access to the mailbox. They also park on the corner of 8th and Hopewell Streets making it difficult to see traffic turning onto Hopewell and it makes it hard to see when turning onto 8th St. There are big, muddy ruts in the easement along side this property from where they park there. There are often 3-4 vehicles parked there at any given time.
