I have a flag stop for my trash/ recycle pickup to bring disabled I am unable to handle the cart's. My trash and recycle carts are often left in the road after pickup. Or on the ground byu porch. I am unable to put them back on my porch. So they're left there until someone else puts them back in porch for me. They are in the road now.

Can the City require that garbage dumpsters be screened from the public and/or somehow protected from scavengers and other vermin? This location regularly has so much waste and refuse that it overfills the container and spills over, creating an eyesore, a health risk, and even at times blocking traffic.

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. There is an excessive amount of trash surrounding my apartment door. We have been asking for it to be cleaned up for multiple days now and no one is doing anything about it. There are now bugs coming from the garbage and getting into our apartment.
