There are consistent problems of speeding along N Monroe St, especially between the middle school and Boys and Girls Club, where there is no speed limit sign posted. There is also concern someone could be hit at the intersection with 14th, as drivers will frequently go through the intersection without stopping.

It is a disaster to drive on, and the portion from 15th St to 17 St is basically a one-way lane as there isn't room for 2 cars using each lane. And now there is plant growth that is impeding the lane heading north to make the street even narrower. I see it is highlighted on the map of scheduled projects, but it isn't listed in the list for scheduled projects. It really feels like it has been forgotten. Please follow up on it and finish it.

A construction sign is completely blocking the bicycle lane on a very busy street with speeding drivers. The sign was originally used to warn about road construction. But that construction was complete more than a week ago. All of the past week the lane has still been blocked. Why does the city not fine the contractor for this negligence? The contractor also left a significant about of debris in the bicycle lane between the sign and 17th street. Why does this happen? Does the city really care about bicycle safety?
