Two sofa have been sitting beside the dumpster behind Kirkwood Village Apartments for weeks. I have called Parker Management to report this issue; the sofa remain. This is not an uncommon occurrence as this dumpster is frequently overloaded and trash blows all over the neighborhood.

Can 12th street be made into a one-way? It is too narrow with the street parking for East and West traffic. I see frequent traffic jams and near miss accidents when cars try to squeeze past each other.
this washed out patch is a fairly serious safety issue for cars and pedestrians. Due to recent work on a sidewalk on Clover Lane, orange traffic cones were available, and were placed at the site of the hole to reduce the risk of an accident. City personnel came to see the issue, and took away the traffic cones, thereby increasing the risk of an accident. City personnel informed me that the hole would be repaired "soon" by the fiber optics installation contractor. While I understand that this sort of thing takes some time to coordinate and complete, the removal of the orange cone and the lack of a repair, is creating a safety risk for cars and pedestrians in the area. thanks, kelly

Penn Court in Park Ridge East needs resurfacing. The road is falling apart and there are several potholes including one very large one in the cul-de-sac.
