This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.

Grass too long, front and back. Also, utility wires hanging dangerously with a foot of the ground in the back, and vines are growing up all the trees (viewable from alley on south side.) Property is a mess in general (Parker Rentals).
