The person in apartment 3 leaves his empty trash cans on the sidewalk for days after pick up. They are still out there. I have not seen him to tell him about it and he is not there when I knock. Please give him a HAND welcome to Bloomington packet and let him know he needs to take his cans off the sidewalk after trash day.

Trash heap, open bags spilling over sidewalk and onto street. Unacceptable. On Washington street sidewalk. Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. 1. The backyard is littered with mountains of junk and trash and causing mosquitos to proliferate. 2. Engines and car parts are leaking oil into the soil. HAND went there before but the owners covered all their trash with a tarp to hide it. They have a lot of toxic material on this property. 3. A man and woman who were just convicted of methamphetamine moved their RV right next to my house and are leaving trash and junk everywhere. Can someone ask them to move this?
