Mr. Madsen called to express his concern about the efficiency of tax money on the sidewalk sweeper the City just purchased. Mr. Van Orman called to ask if speed bumps could be installed on Pete Ellis Dr. There are several elderly people who live in this area and it is unsafe to be walking in this area because cars are travelling too fast on Pete Ellis Dr.. There is also a great potential for accidents at the intersection of Pete Ellis and Longview due to the speeds.

The dumpster in the alley behind the building at N. Lincoln and 7th St. is overflowing, trash is blowing everywhere and very strong odor. Mr. Hater said that the building is owned by American Sunbelt Properties.
