Tenants park on the lawn. Also, during the past year to year and a half the parking has been expanded and now over half of the front lawn is crushed stone. If tenants get blocked in they drive through the back yard and out the side yard to the street.
Trash is piled in shed.
There are 10-12 full trash bags in the rear of this property, which she believes is a rental. She saw some type of rodent creature there.
David says that this front yard appears to be a parking lot. They park cars in the front yard.
