House in disrepair, windows and doors cannot be shut or locked. People going in and out. Owner does not live there. Also trash outside.

Pothole deepening and causing vehicles to veer suddenly into oncoming lane in front of 2917 Ramble Road East in Blue Ridge subdivision. The stretch of street in that immediate area is deteriorating.

Numerous sidewalk issues in Rolling Oak due to street trees(particularly pin oaks) There are multiple places along Stands Road on the Rolling Oak subdivision side as well as on Rolling Oak and Oakmont. Included are a few pictures. There was some repair work done a few years ago but these places are now a huge trip hazard. I would appreciate your quick advisement on this issue. Initially reported on 10/28. Amazed that a crew worked on the issue the very same day. Disappointed however that they did not finish the job. There are numerous large potholes in the southbound lane that force drivers to move into the northbound lane just before a blind curve.
