I wish you would put a sign on the little median between the traffic lanes. When traveling North on SR46, and turning left onto 10th, when it's dark or raining, it's difficult to see which lane to turn into. We know to find the triangular median but a sign or reflectors would really help. I'm always afraid I will accidentally turn into the oncoming traffic lane. Thank you.

Homeless encampment behind the Comcast building, behind 621 N. Adams, trash throughout area, caller said city posted notices to the effect that the city would clean up area (over a year ago) and has not been cleaned up.
