Scattered trash and lots of newspapers in Drive Way, and yard are now blowing out into the street.
Two swastikas are spray painted on the B Line, just south of where it intersects with 6th Street (by the Foundry apartment building). It appears there might be another further north, just past Le Petit Cafe.
leaving the City Hall parking lot by the SW ramp to the B-line (just south of the fence), there is a heave of sidewalk on the ramp, demonstrated in the attached pictures. It is significant enough to cause a County Commissioner to fall on Friday and create an avulsion fracture of her finger! (I cannot tell if the photos loaded, so you may have double copies.)
Curb has sunk about 6 inches below road pavement creating deep hole. Caused by broken connection to sewer pipe on city property. City supposedly repaired the leak over a year ago, but area is still sinking to the point that ground level is now below the pavement and still sinking.
We’ve been moved out of our apartment since Halloween of 2021. We moved/transferred our Duke Energy to our new location, however the move service did not shut off our old account. We did not know until last month. I called the arch apartments to have them take the bill back into their name. They did that but the bill got pushed onto my new account. The arch didn’t absorb the bill. The Arch is getting demolished and has their phone disconnected.
Trash in the yard, a real eyesore for the neighborhood. They should be told to clean up this mess! See photo!
This house has a couple Great Dane dogs that barks and barks all the time. And it is annoying. Plus during the warmer months her yard starts smelling.
bags of trash thrown in back yard, 30-35 bags
The homeless are camping out in the lot next to us again. Could someone come out and put up the orange fence
