South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. Several stretches of the sidewalk on the west side of S. Walnut St./S. Old State Road 37 (south of CVS) have not been cleared and are a thick sheet of ice resulting in hazardous walking/biking conditions.

At the intersection of Twin Oaks Valley and Twin Oaks RDG in the Adams Hill Subdivision the asphalt has broken up in a large area and is forming a hole. The asphalt needs to be removed and replaced.

The sidewalk on the north side of E Rogers Rd,mid-way between Spicewood ln and Sare Rd is completely obstructed by branches and bushes from adjacent properties rendering it impassable.

Neighbor reported trash in the yard and an over-flowing dumpster. Also, the inside of the house has old food and rodents.

I work for affordable fence ad last winter there was a deck being built at 2622 e spice wood crt. I noticed that the support beams were being set up using 4x4 posts. I told them at the time that I believed that 4x6 posts were as small as code allowed. The contractor scoffed at me and i just said "ok" and went back to work. Yesterday while doing an inspection on the fence I installed I saw that two elderly people live at the home and we're out on their deck. The deck (with them on the deck) was very rickety and moved way too much to be safe. I hate to see anyone getting one over on e elderly simply because they can. Their safety is a major issue and I can no longer be silent about the issue. Hopefully you can look into it promptly thank you! Anonymous

This bag just showed up one day. I can't physically move it by myself, but I think it's on the city's right of way. I'm not sure so that's why I'm filling this out. It's on Watson and Bryan. Pic attached. I tried moving it, but I think it's filled with concrete or sand? It's been there for months. I would move it myself if I could, but it looks like people passing by are now throwing trash into it.
