Someone called OOTM and wanted to file a complaint about a big bump in the road on Kirkwood headed east towards Elm St. The description they left made it sound like it was not a pothole.

A large, white container filled with construction waste (apparently toxic) has been sitting on the SE corner of Madison and 7th for several months, ever since the construction of the "7-Line" bicycle path.
Alley behind building is a sheet of icy hazard. Can you please salt this area to prevent injury?
