The people who live in this house (3616 South Eddington Drive, Bloomington, IN) have turned Eddington Drive into a parking lot. There are at least 9 adults living in this house. Today, they have 4 cars parked in their driveway and 5 cars parked on the street, all the way down to Allendale Dr. Is this occupancy legal . . . is this house a legal "Multiple household dwelling"? This is supposed to be a residential neighborhood, not a student rental area.

Owners/occupants of this address continuously neglect their yard. Excessively tall grass and plants in front and back of property. Invasive bamboo is spreading rapidly into neighboring properties due to their carelessness. Property is a constant eyesore and is negatively affecting neighbors on all sides.

Scrub trees and vegetation alongside W Bloomfield Rd just north of W Allen St is so overgrown that it's very difficult and hazardous to see traffic coming from the right when turning onto Bloomfield Rd from Allen St. This is a dangerous intersection as it is without view being obstructed by the overgrown vegetation.

Can’t see Graham Drive oncoming traffic when turning off Brown Avenue. Also Brown Avenue is a busy street because of school traffic turning onto Graham.

Hello we are having a serious problem with our neighbor across the street leaving their down off leash , as well as not putting their dog on a runner lead. Which stops the dog from going into other people yards. Our dog has almost gotten hurt because their dog runs into our yard and she gets tangled up on her leash and it has caused her to cry in pain . Last night when we asked our neighbors to come get their dog so we can bring our dog out to go the bathroom we were ignored and they refused to get their dog . This is escalated to almost a physical altercation. I will like to file a complaint and have someone come out because this is against the law and I don’t want anyone to get hurt .

Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality.
