Heavy, metal sign support with three sandbags has been sitting on the sidewalk for weeks. It blocks wheelchairs and is hazardous at night. Please ask whatever department that left it there to remove it. Thank you.
Retaining wall is collapsing on NW corner of property. Sidewalk has been blocked for weeks, preventing wheelchair traffic and posing a dangerous situation, as it is hard to see in the dark and is unavoidable.
Trash piled up by the street (SE corner of property by the large, red maple. Wild animals can dig through it. Tenants are habitually leaving trash out on the property.
This property is a disaster.Neighbors realize the city is limited as to what it can enforce but these residents are allowing invasive weeds to grow all along the street which must be a violation of some code. On the rare occasion they do mow, they allow lawn clippings to pile up in the street and leave them there to blow away or go down the storm drain. Look in the drain, please. Their weeds need to be eradicated for the sake of all surrounding neighbors. I believe they have been repeatedly warned about not mowing. When they do mow, it is ONLY the area at the curb which we all assume is your only jurisdiction; however, their backyard is so over-grown it can't help but be a breeding ground for vermin. Seriously, please help the Blue Ridge neighborhood with all you can. It gets worse every year. Pics were taken but won't load.

The northwest corner of our yard has been inundated with water for the past several weeks. There is standing water as well as super-saturated ground. The water appears to originate from the utility strip between properties toward Clover. This does not appear to be related to rain or storm events. The water drains to the south, but the amount present doesn't lessen. This makes us think there is a leak in either a water main or a storm drain or another source. The saturation leads to worries about the mature trees along the property line coming over. The ground is boggy and one cannot walk or mow in this area. Your attention to this will be appreciated.

Hello, I reported water coming into our yard before.(uReport Case #177856) Your answer was that it was probably coming from neighbor's pool. That pool is to the southwest and they do indeed drain it into the yard, but it is not the source of water coming from uphill, close to properties on Clover on the northwest side of the yard. The water comes from somewhere close to 400 Clover Lane. As the property line and utility easement are wooded and covered with vegetation it is difficult to tell where the water originates, but it is clearly outside of our yard. There need to be stop signs here or some warning that there no longer are stop signs, you guys took out the stop signs now every car races down E 7th street. It's been two days and there has already been a car crash, this could be a student next. It is not safe at all and needs action taken immediately.
I live at 1020 West 7th Street. The street light across the street from me in front of 1018 doesn't work properly. Sometimes it turns on but it's off most of the time. It's dangerous. I tried to include a photo but it wouldn't let me upload one.
