We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. the landlord has been notified for 4 months about how the air is no longer working and it gets up to 80 degrees in the building and there is a business there and doesn’t have a care in the world to want to fix it. when it’s 80 outside it feels then same inside!
