Trash in road on South Rogers between Rockport & Jed is causing cars to verr into oncoming lane or slow for crows trying to feed from it.

There was a High Water sign put up at Indiana & 6th, the IU Grounds dept. picked up the bracket/stand but the sign was gone. The bracket is here at our office at 2222 E. 10th Street, can be picked up M-F, 7am-3:30pm. Thanks Jill.

Light at 10th and the Bypass does not permit eastbound traffic through while a train is passing by. Eastbound traffic turning right to go south can still proceed via a right on red, but traffic that would not be backing up due to the train does not get a green signal until the train has passed.
