Hello. I was on the TreeKeeper website awhile back and saw that there used to be a tree in the parkway between the sidewalk and 13th street. During the spring, leaves never fully developed, then shriveled and died. I'm not sure if the tree is dead. Today I've seen a woodpecker stripping bark. It's a very nice tree, and I'm hoping it can be saved. Thank you.
