Black Passat with 2 flat tires has been parked in the same spot since 1/2017
This car has two flat tires on the north side of Wilson street and has been parked in the same spot for at least 15 months on the corner of Wilson and Dunn street. (January 2017 or longer) This has been reported at least once before and there has been not change. Parking spots are hard to find in this area due to surrounding business.
Street lights on both corners of E. Wilson & S. Dunn Streets are not working. Duke Energy website form for reporting lights does not appear to be currently working either (does not list any lights on those corners).
Called to report that construction started 6-8 weeks ago near the private park at the SW corner of Dunn and Wilson. Mr. Lennon said that workers left a very large hole in the corner of the park, a big bin was left behind in the hole, and work signs are also lying in the park. As well, the workers dug up strips of grass and gravel in his yard. He'd appreciate a call back. Thank you!
Please remove the One Way sign that is on the North side of third street near S Mitchell. There is one on the left which clearly lets you know the traffic coming from the left is one way towards you, however this one make it look like you can turn right into the parking lot on the north side which has so not enter signs. It is unnecessary and confusing.
I'm believe the signal at 10th and the Bypass just gave me a green right arrow (in the northbound lanes) while simultaneously giving the eastbound lanes a green light.
As 10th street crosses SR46 to the east, it goes from 2 lanes to 1. There is one sign indicating that the right lane ends. However the left lane curves as though it ends. Since I was nearly in an accident the other day because of this confusion, I would like to know which lane ends. I would also like additional signage added to reduce that danger. If it is the right lane that ends, perhaps that could be marked as a right-turn only lane.
The traffic cycles were not functioning properly at approx. 5:10pm, which caused traffic delays in all directions. No green light was given for eastbound 10th St. traffic for several minutes even though the left-turn arrow cycled properly.
