Trash from 422-424 in scattered everywhere.
For the second day in a row I have walked past the Rubicon and Which Wich on E. Kirkwood Ave. to find a bunch of chopsticks littering the sidewalk. I almost slipped on one today.
This is the fourth incident that resident has been written up for since May of this year. Today resident was written up for having a too large can and not placing stickers on cans/bags./
walk not cleared
I had previously reported these potholes, but the ticket had been closed out and stated it was completed and 18 holes were filled. This pothole and a few others are still there. The pothole pictured is the biggest and deepest of all of them and poses a threat to cars. After the initial potholes were filled I counted and only 9 holes were filled. I do not know if they intend to come back and fill these holes, but I thought I would bring it to your attention that they were not all taken care of. I do understand that when it is raining they cannot be filled and it needs to be a nice day! I would just hate for any of our employees or tenants to damage their car from this hole. Hopefully this can be resolved soon, weather permitting. Thanks.
large hole in road.
There is a void under the street that appears to be a sinkhole at the NorthWest corner of 422 S. Washington St.
This neighbor is insane. His yard is a trash dump. He burns garbage in his yard every morning. He has spikes with helmets on them. He has a tent in his front yard. His driveway looks like a dumpster. Please do something to help our neighborhood not have to deal with this every day.
He has turned his property into a landfill. There is garbage everywhere. Each morning for the past 2 weeks he has burned something in the morning in his yard/driveway that smells like plastic. Please make him stop.
Nick's Pub owner, Greg Rago, called in with a complaint of a dumpster that is not being emptied in a timely manner. It currently is filled so high that it is to Nick's second story. He stated that this is not a snow issue, that it is a common occurrence. The owner and property management of the building have been notified numerous times and are refusing to do anything about it. He says that the issue stems from apartment residents or guests parking in front of this dumpster making it impossible for their sanitation company to empty the dumpster. Greg Rago would like a call at 812-606-2214.
