Owners have not been home since around 11am on 11/28. Their dog has been left outside since in below freezing temperatures. Unsure if any food/water was left out.

Work was done overnight to repair a water main break at W Winding Way and Stoneycrest Dr in Fritz Terrace. The water is now dark brown coming out of faucets and when flushing the toilet. No known boil order notice.
Over the past months we have been experiencing too much sediments in the water. We have reported this last year and it improved a little bit. However the issue is getting worse and worse over time. And now, today there is not even water.

My understanding is that even Oaklawn Park is an owner-occupied community - if there are a certain percentage of rentals then municipal state or federal mandates about blocked sidewalks must be followed. Hello, this is in reference to #199395 that my wife submitted. it appears that they only had covered over less than half of the bad road. Our neighbors yard was also just run over the other day and somebody came back to put hay on it. Our curb also gets run over and has damaged our trees before. This is to ask if we could put some sort of guard rail or not a rail, but a guard pole to keep cars off of our properties. And to report the unfinished roadwork. Thanks for your time.
