I tried to log into my COB account so I could pay my utility bill that is due on Tuesday (11/26/2019) and when I entered my account information and pressed login it presented the dialogue in the picture that is attached to this message. Time to clear out all the saplings, vines, weeds, etc. from underneath all the Norway spruce in Bryan Park. No my first report on this, but now it is (late) fall.

Decorated utility box at 2nd and Walnut has been vandalized again, with stickers and tags.

We cannot see to the north to pull safely out of our driveway. This company (Reed and Sons) has also left garbage up and down the street, making walking more hazardous.

Trash piling up in neighbor's front and back porch now, they decided not to put their trash out for collecting this morning... ? I don't understand these people.

Trash has been in yard since last week. House is empty so presumably it will be there until after Thanksgiving. This happens on near-weekly basis.

Trash overflowing cans and strewn on shared driveway. Also possible over-occupancy. Property owners plus their grown children/grandchildren and various others. Garage might be being used as living quarters. Many cars parked in driveway/circle/neighboring driveway (which is a rental).

The Hunter foot path, between Eastside and Mitchell, which is maintained by the city, has a spring bubbling up through the pavement at the west end of the house at 500 Eastside Drive. You can see that the water is undercutting the pavement, and the city can expect that it will collapse in upon itself sooner or later. Hopefully, not when somebody is walking or biking over it.
