Missy took complaint - There is a ravine at the property when it rains water backs up and the mailman can't get to the mailbox.
Complainant would like a traffic volume count performed on Convenanter for use in assessing the impact of the Rogers Development proposed behind Jackson Creek Shopping Center.
Back yard looks like a junk yard.
Broken window, trash everywhere. Complaintant wants call back w/status.
Garbage on front porch. Broken windows. Trash in back yard too.
Leaves still not cleaned up from fall. Leaves by garage are beginning to smell.
Wants information regarding proposed development at the intersection of S. Rogers and Rockport Road. Also, upset that these roads and sidewalks may be widened unnecssarily and the elderly do not need extra taxes. The speed limit on rogers should be lowered too.
New management removed fire alarm system. System was previously repaired by CFC and must stay in order.
