weeds and branches over grow the sidewalk making it impossible for peds to use the sidewalk
Grass has not been mowed.
This is an utility easement that runs along the back side of this property. The easement has not been cleaned in 2 or 3 years and is very over grown. Ms. Treisback states that the easement is behind a fence on this property, but is inside the property line.

Dumpster in alley off LIncoln between 7th and 8th has trash strewn around it constantly with flies and rats there because of the mess. Mr. Hater has called HAND (he thinks) about this problem repeatedly with no results.
Grass has not been cut all year. House is vacant and owned by several family members (Brown). Trash is piled at the back door.
Bagged & unbagged trash on the sidewalk- has been there since last Thursday. Animals are draggin trash all over the neighborhood. They park on the sidewalk ( when there's no trash). Caller also thinks that there may be 4-6 people living there.
105 e 16th st. is overgrown
