The tenants at 203 E. 10th Street had a dumpster to put their trash in. The dumpster is now gone and the tenants are piling their trash in the alleyway which is being tracked into the yards of the adjoining properties. The smell from the trash is becoming intolerable.
Other/yard waste: The bag was wet from the rain - when picked up the bottom fell out - the bottom portion was left in her driveway.
Recd. letter from Jessica Schulman on 10/5 re. large consumption of water in June 2000 and $200.00 bill received. Referred to Customer Service for investigation.
