Citizen called in to state that there are vehicles parked on the grass along side a white garage with red shutters (structure in bad condition). The citizen did not know the exact address.

Mr. Laurent paid a parking ticket on 11/16/2004 on the city's website, and the website did not update it. Also, he needs to pay for another ticket which occured on 2/01/2005
Mr. Gilman graduted from December of 2004, and is receiving notices of an unpaid parking ticket here. He does not know when the ticket was or under what circumstances.
Ms. Cosby experienced difficulty in paying a parking ticket online through the t2 system.
